I hope you're having a wonderful weekend! First, I want to wish a lovely day today to all of the women reading: moms, aunts, grandmother's, sisters, and daughters. I hope you are able to relax a bit and put your feet up (and sew, of course)!

Moda Blockheads 6

The kick-off for Moda Blockheads 6 is just around the corner. I was able to spend a few hours yesterday sewing blocks and got the first five made. I'm making a scrappy version using as many fabrics from my overflowing scrap bins as I can. So far, I'm loving the look! I'll have a post coming soon with all of the information you need to sew along, and I can't wait to begin sharing blocks and tips on a weekly basis.

Summer Sewing

I've been spending a little time figuring out my summer sewing goals along with the projects I want to make. I've got some fun seasonal tutorials to share with you soon including a patriotic project and a Christmas in July mini--stay tuned!

Spring Cleaning

I have spent a lot of time in my sewing room over the past several weeks working on kits for our end of May retreats. That has left me with some fun scrappy bundles and scrap bags that I'll have in the shop soon. Be sure to check in mid-week for those if you're interested.
