Hello Reader,

Happy October! I hope you're having a wonderful weekend and are getting to spend some time doing the things you love!

First, I have to say that my heart just goes out to those suffering now from the devastation of hurricane Helene. As the images are now starting to be widely seen, I've been absolutely taken aback, but at the same time encouraged by those coming together to help all of those affected. Please know my prayers are with you if you or your loved ones were in the path of this storm.

Laguna Sunrise is Shipping

Laguna Sunrise yardage is shipping, and precuts will ship sometime in the next week or so! It's been so fun for me to once again have some yardage of this collection in the house! Because I needed to make room for what I ordered, I've got some scrap bundles available in the fabric section of my shop. You'll find some Laguna Sunrise mini bundles, low-volume bundles, and scrappy rainbow bundles that include prints from a variety of our collections.

$5 for October: Sugar Pine Stars

My Sugar Pine Stars quilt is the $5 pattern this month. It's shown above in our Favorite Things Christmas collection but would also be a beautiful fall quilt! This pattern is fat quarter friendly and has two different size options available.

Hey there Reader, I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. This week I was able to get away for a few days of relaxing and sewing at a wonderful cabin in the pines. Not only were we able to visit with good friends, but I was also able to take my sewing machine and several projects to work on. I got a lot accomplished and will be sharing more this week.
