Hello Reader, Happy June! I hope you're having a wonderful weekend and that you are able to get some sewing in this weekend. It's been a whirlwind of a couple of weeks for me as I've just returned home from two back-to-back quilt retreats where I taught with my daughter Chelsi and fellow Moda designer Camille Roskelley. We had such good times with 78 participants in each retreat and a fabulous group of ladies who organized and tended to all of the details. It was wonderful to see some familiar faces and to meet so many new ones. I'm so truly grateful for all of those who traveled such long distances to attend (and for those who were able to attend closer to home, too)! We even had international guests from Australia and Canada and had lots of yummy food, worked on four different quilt projects, and even attended performances at a beautiful outdoor amphitheater. We will share about the retreats in an upcoming podcast. $5 for JuneThis month's $5 pattern is my Beach House Row quilt. It's unofficially summer, and of course Beach House season is definitely upon us here. Rows feature stars, houses, churn dash blocks, flower garden blocks, patchwork, log cabins, and more! My quilt is pieced in our Happy Days collection, but it would be absolutely beautiful in Raspberry Summer!
