Hey there Reader, I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. This week I was able to get away for a few days of relaxing and sewing at a wonderful cabin in the pines. Not only were we able to visit with good friends, but I was also able to take my sewing machine and several projects to work on. I got a lot accomplished and will be sharing more this week. Hello Reader, It's early September and fall is definitely around the corner! We thought our heat waves were finished but got another round of them last week. I'm hoping this week our weather will finally turn the corner! In the meantime, I'm switching out all of my decor from red, white and blue (which has been out since late June) into items with warmer tones, pumpkins, and leaves.
