Happy May! We're having a beautiful start to our month here in the desert southwest. I hope your May is off to a lovely beginning, too! Today I'm sharing the May $5 pattern, terrific basics and pattern sales you'll want to know about, links from the blog and YouTube, and more!

Starlight: May $5 Pattern

I first shared my Starlight pattern with our Summer Sweet collection back in 2019. It's a beautiful pattern for any type of fabric collection. I've been wanting to make a patriotic version of this and just might get that done in time for the July 4th holiday. We'll see! Starlight is the May $5 pattern of the month.

Fabulous Sales!

This month Fat Quarter Shop has all of my patterns on sale. The prices are lower than you can find them in my shop, so I thought I'd share!

And Fat Quarter Shop also has all of their Moda Bella Solids on sale this month--so it's a perfect time to stock up on those.

Hello Reader, I hope you are doing well this weekend, and that you are finding some time to sew. I've just returned home from a mini vacation in a cooler climate.
