Happy Easter and Notes from this Week

Hello Reader,

First, I want to wish a very happy Easter to those of you who are celebrating this weekend and today! I am grateful for this season and the reminders it brings to me.

Today I have links to posts and videos from earlier this week and some springtime content for the week ahead.

Earlier this Week from A Quilting Life

Below I have links to the blog posts and YouTube channel videos from earlier this week. One note: I published a blog post and video a week too early--so if you saw the Charm Pack Tote Tutorial and post and then noticed them gone, no worries--they will be available on Tuesday! You'll be able to watch the video tutorial on our YouTube channel then and also download the free PDF from the blog.

Spring Things

Spring is definitely in the air here, and I've been doing a fun mix of sewing with spring fabrics and getting some spring cleaning done in my sewing room. Here are a few thoughts from a blog post that will be coming later this week:

If you're beginning a decluttering or cleaning project, start with what's easy! There are no hard and fast rules for where you need to begin. Make a list of things that might need to be done and then choose one to start with. You can choose something easy to do or choose something that will make a big difference. But just pick something and get started. Then be sure to note what you did and what you plan to do next. This little process helps keep me on track! I'll have more ideas in my spring cleaning post this week!

2026 Quilting Extravaganza in England

We have had a great response to the 10-Day Quilting Extravaganza tour in England with me and Vanessa Goertzen of Lella Boutique. There are still spots available, and just a deposit is required to secure your spot. Prices do go up by $500 in May. Find all of the details below

Coming Next Week

As I mentioned above, be sure to turn in on Tuesday for the Charm Pack Bag Tutorial--I'm actually working on another one now in our Delightfully Yours collection. I'll also have some more projects to share with you later in the week. I've been doing a bit of sewing!

And as always, thank you so much for taking the time to read my weekly newsletter. I hope it helps you keep up with all things Quilting + A Quilting Life!

Have a great day!
Sherri
