Hello Reader, It's been a whirlwind of a week, and the fun just keeps going! I'm currently at International Quilt Market in Houston, Texas with Chelsi sharing our 22nd collection with Moda Fabrics, Poinsettia & Pear! We are in love with this group and excited to meet with shop owners from all over the world to get their ideas and feedback! Keep reading for this month's $5 pattern and links to all of the goings-on. $5 for October: Getaway!Getaway is one of my favorite scrappy-happy lap quilt patterns. You can use scraps, or save time on cutting using a honeybun and a Layer Cake. The possibilities are endless with this one, and I think it would be beautiful in fall colors, too! Happy sewing!
